By using pitrix.org or ordering services from a Pitrix company you agree to these terms.
Services and quotes
Each service page describes what is included. Custom work is confirmed by a written quote or invoice that sets out scope, price, timeline and payment plan.
Payments
Prices may be shown in Ghana cedis and US dollars; every payment is charged in Ghana cedis (GHS) through Paystack. Instalment plans follow the schedule on your invoice. Work may pause while a payment is overdue.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, the content and access we need on time, and review deliverables within the agreed period.
Intellectual property
On full payment you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless the quote says otherwise. Pitrix keeps its own tools, libraries and know-how, and may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
