What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and messages when you contact us, order a service, apply for a role or create an account.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider, Paystack. We keep the payment reference and amount, never your card details.
- Technical information: pages viewed, device type, approximate location from your network address, collected in aggregate to improve the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, deliver the work you order, send invoices and receipts, and keep you updated.
- To route your enquiry to the nearest Pitrix office.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- To send marketing only where you have agreed; every message has a way to opt out.
Sharing
We share information only with providers who help us run the service (hosting, email, SMS and payments), under agreements that protect it, or where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by contacting contact@pitrix.org. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the effective date at the top.
